Refund policy

What if I changed my mind or have left over?

Wall Ceiling may be able to provide an exchange or refund, provided that it is returned to the warehouse within 7 days from the date order is confirmed and provide that it has not been used or installed, and is in original packaging without damage packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that following items are not eligible for return. Please make your selections carefully.

  • All sheet products including Plasterboard, Villaboard and other fibre cement products and accessories.
  • All ceiling tiles products.

No return will be accepted for above items.

    Expenses relating to product returns?

      Any expenses relating to the return of products are to be paid by the consumer. 

      If customer received a damaged or faulty item, Wall Ceiling will either refund or replace the damaged item.

      Do you charge handling or restocking fee?

        In case where a return is granted for acceptable items. A restocking fee equal to the greater of $100 plus GST or 30% of the value of the goods returned will be applied.

        When will I receive the refund?

          Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Once the return has been approved, it takes 2 - 5 days for the refund to be made by Wall Ceiling to your payment financial institution (for example your credit card provider).

          Please note:

          • If the item was delivered, any delivery fees paid are non-refundable.
          • You will need to provide your receipt or tax invoice as proof of purchase.
          • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.
