Shipping policy
1. Where do you deliver to?
- Wall Ceiling offer local delivery service to majority of Greater Sydney suburbs in NSW. For regional NSW and other state, please send us an email to confirm, we may offer shipping service for certain items.
- For delivery location takes more than 1 hour to reach from our warehouse, an extra fee may apply. Â
2. What's the delivery rate?
Delivery fee will be pending on the weight and distance, and it will be calculated by the system during checkout process.
3. Who is responsible for unloading the materials off the truck?
- Customer will need to unload materials off the truck either by hand or by forklift.Â
- Please arrange adequate personnel or forklift to unload the materials on the delivery day.
Please Note:
Delivery driver is not responsible for unloading.
4. When would you deliver the order?
Wall Ceiling will contact you on the day that order is confirmed to schedule a delivery date.
Most items will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
5. What time will delivery arrive?
We couldn't estimate the exact delivery time as the delivery time is affected by many factors such as traffic and weather conditions.
Our delivery driver will call you before leaving the warehouse to get you prepared.
6. Do I have to be home or on-site to receive my delivery?
Yes, or if you can't make it personally, please arrange another person to accept and unload the materials for you.
